Task-Based Aproach

     In this course the teacher assigned different activities in order to improve our different skills. In this activity, I did an oral reading exercise about the Task-Based Approach using a digital platform. I had to read a text aloud while the platform recorded my voice and checked my pronunciation, fluency, speed, and accuracy. Since there was a time limit, I needed to read clearly and at a good pace. This activity helped me improve my speaking skills and allowed me to receive instant feedback through technology.


After we finished the video the feedback was sent.



    In conclusion I learned the importance of speaking clearly, maintaining good pronunciation, and reading with fluency and confidence. I also learned how technology can support language learning by providing immediate feedback about my speaking performance. In addition, this activity helped me improve my reading pace, accuracy, and oral communication skills while practicing the Task-Based Approach in a practical way.

    This topic It's something controversial for me , because even if its still being the most used aproach, I honestly believe has to be changed , but if was something that doesn't works, there will be 0 advance, I know there's a lot of environmental stuff involved, so I hope we can learn well this topic to take advantages of the juice of it.

This topic was about second language acquisition, in which different people shared how they acquired the language. In this case, we had to talk about how we learned English as a second language, since each person has a different learning journey.
